Homemade Fried Ravioli!

I wanted to share something that is a labor of love, but very tasty! My partner, Zach, and I have made homemade ravioli a couple of times before together. I’ve learned how to make homemade pasta, so I make the pasta and he mixes the filling, as well as forms the raviolis with a ravioli mold. We recently moved and just threw a lovely housewarming party for our friends to come see the new space. We decided we would put in the effort to make Homemade Fried Ravioli for the party. It was a multiple day process, where I made the pasta one night, then we formed and breaded the raviolis another night, then finally fried the raviolis the day of the party. Were they delicious? Yes! Were they a labor of love? Also yes! Will we make these again? Probably not for a while. The nice thing about making ravioli is that I usually end up with extra pasta dough, so I’ll be making homemade pasta sometime soon. I will be happy to write down the recipe and share with everyone. They were very popular at the party and I’m happy we tried something new!
