This recipe is one from my mom, and it’s a definite favorite! I love making them at the start of Fall, so since it’s September, I had to bake a batch. When you bite into the Snickerdoodle Muffin, you get the thin layer of cinnamon & sugar coated on the outside, and then you delve into the fluffy texture inside of the Muffin. The hardest part of the recipe is coating each muffin with cinnamon and sugar to create a perfectly coated ball of dough that is transferred to the muffin tins. Once you perfect that technique, you are ready for a scrumptious dessert you can enjoy for any occasion. The Fall is the best time to enjoy them, so now is the time! Let me know if I should post the recipe, because this one is so good, you might want to gatekeep it from your in-laws for your next family gathering.
