Banana Bread!

Banana Bread? Hell yeah. What a tasty treat to enjoy for breakfast, as a snack, dessert, or whenever you feel like it. Whenever you have bananas in your fridge that are no longer yellow, it’s the time to bake a loaf of banana bread. I love chopping up dark chocolate into my banana bread, like I did with this one. Sometimes I will chop up walnuts into my banana bread to add an umami flavor and a crunchy texture. You could also cut some slices, dip in an egg mixture, and sauté in a pan to create Banana Bread French Toast. I usually enjoy a thick slice warmed up with a light schmear of good quality butter. There’s nothing like the smell of freshly baked banana bread wafting through your space to make you truly feel like you’re home.
