This cheese can make anything taste good. The creamy cheese has a slight funk to it, but it spreads on bread like the smoothest herb butter you’ve ever eaten. The cheese is marinated in olive oil and herbs, which adds extra creaminess and flavor. My favorite way of eating it is spreading it on some of the best, homemade bread you can find. Spread it on thick, take a bite and prepare for the most luxurious girl dinner you’ve ever had in your life. This cheese can be difficult to find, but I’ve found it at a variety of organic or international stores in the Chicagoland area. I am lucky to have an organic grocery store near me and they currently have it. I’m so excited to crack this open and live out my Bougie Girl Dinner fantasies!
