Homemade Vodka Pasta!

I had one of my best friends over to see my new place, so that means it’s time to make a lovely dinner for us! A couple of days ago, I took the leftover pasta dough that was in my freezer and got out my Kitchenaid Pasta Attachments to make Fettuccine Pasta. Then, I had to make Vodka Sauce from scratch. I decided to drizzle some Calabrian Chili Oil into the sauce, which added a lovely hit of spice and dimension to the rich, creamy sauce. We topped the pasta with some freshly shaved parmesan and basil. The pasta was served with a side salad dressed in a homemade Honey Mustard Vinaigrette, as well as some freshly baked bread picked up from a local bakery. What a lovely, tasty dinner to share with your loved ones!
