I wanted to share with you this delicious cocktail I made for some friends recently! If a Pear Lychee Martini and a Hugo Spritz had a baby, this would be the beautiful lovechild. It’s a bright, citrusy light cocktail to be enjoyed during the Summer and Fall Seasons. It especially pairs well with some light appetizers or a bright pasta dish. You start with mixing 1.5 oz of Pear Vodka, 1 oz of St. Germain Liquor, 0.5 oz of Lychee Juice or Puree, and 0.75 oz of Yuzu Juice. Pour into a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake it up. Once the shaker is cold to the touch, pour into your favorite cocktail glass and top with Prosecco and Sparkling Water. Garnish the drink with fresh mint and a lime wedge, and enjoy this refreshing, citrusy cocktail!
