What’s better on a Friday Night than some tasty pizza? I have multiple memories in my past of coming home after school or work on a Friday, and enjoying some tasty Pizza for dinner. This Friday, Zach and I decided to make our own Homemade Pizzas for dinner. We did use store bought crusts, which made building the pizzas super quick and easy. We love a good Margherita Pizza, which includes Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese and Fresh Basil. On my pizza, I decided to top the pizza with some Homemade Basil Pesto, which brought the freshness and acidity that I wanted out of my pizza. We had a lovely Friday night filled with Homemade Pizzas, Monopoly and lots of laughter. Nights like tonight remind me to find the joy in the small moments in life, such as eating tasty food and playing board games with the love of your life. What are your favorite pizza toppings?
