Homemade Matcha Latte!

I personally enjoy a good Iced Matcha Latte from 7 Brew or Starbucks, but I remind myself after purchasing the drink that I can make my own Matcha Latte at home for a fraction of the price. I have a beautiful matcha kit at home with a bowl, bamboo whisk and good quality matcha. You can always make matcha without the bowl and substitute with a whisk or milk frother. I was inspired by the Banana Bread Matcha I bought from Starbucks a couple of days before, so I decided to recreate this at home. After whisking my matcha together and pouring in an iced glass, I poured some Banana Creme flavored Almond Milk in a separate glass with a splash of Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup. I used a milk frother to create a foamy texture to the milk and syrup. I poured that over the iced matcha and topped the drink with a dusting of cinnamon. This drink was everything I wanted, and more. The sweet banana flavor accompanied by the earthy matcha and warming cinnamon flavor blended perfectly together. It felt like the perfect cozy drink to enjoy on this wonderful Sunday morning!
